- Follow the client care plan
- Communicate with the Care Coordinator and care team
- Complete documentation and shift notes
- Health Care Aide Certificate, Personal Support Worker certificate, or equivalent experience
- Foreign-trained nurses and nursing students welcome
- Current CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to travel within the Greater Vancouver area
- Smartphone with internet access for communication and scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working one-on-one with clients in their homes
- Able to follow care plans and adapt to client needs
